Covid-19 Policy

Your health and safety remain our priority and we’re working closely with local authorities to ensure we are implementing all necessary measures to ensure you have the best festive experience. Please note that we are constantly monitoring the situation and if any tweaks to the event are needed, we will keep you updated via our website and social media.

Based on current government guidance visitors are not required to show an NHS Covid  Passport, vaccine certificate or proof of a negative test to enter the event.

Please do not travel to Winter Wonderland if you:

1) have any symptoms of Covid-19
2) have been told to self-isolate
3) have recently tested positive for Covid-19

(Symptoms for Covid-19 include a new, continuous cough, a high temperature, or a loss of or change to sense of smell or taste. Please visit the NHS website for full list of symptoms.)  

  • Face Coverings – It is recommended that you wear a face covering when in enclosed / covered spaces on-site, these include when queuing and in the Skate Exchange marquee.
  • Hand Sanitiser – We have hand sanitiser available around the site, please sanitise your hands when you move to a different area of the site. 
  • Ventilation – The site’s covered spaces have been designed to allow as much ventilation as possible. 
  • Cleaning – Regular enhanced cleaning regimes are in place across all areas of site. 
  • Track and Trace – we gather Track and Trace information from our ticketing system for the Ice Rink & Walk– please ensure the list of participants on your tickets are correct.  
  • Staff – All staff will be regularly tested for Covid-19 and receive regular Covid 19 procedure briefings. 
  • Contactless payments – All of our Bars, Catering and Token booths on site will accept contactless payments.

Please note that Wales operates different Covid rules from England. Currently all of Wales is at Alert Level 0. Please note that this may change, and we will keep this information updated.
